Hans Zimmer

Hans Zimmer born 12 September 1957, is one of the most famous film score composers in the modern film music. He has composed scores for over 150 movies. His work includes the Pirates of the Caribbean series, The Lion King and Inception.

Hans Zimmer wasn't born famous though and he had to work his way to the top. He succeeded because of his unique style: a mix of electronic music and classical orchestral arrangements. His success was rewarded with one Oscar for best music, original score for the Lion king, and two Golden globe rewards for best original score for the lion king and gladiator.
